The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the opposite party no.2, 3 and 4 to remove illegal encroachment made by private opposite party no.6 and 7 on gram sabha land, Gata No.3797, recorded as "Charagah", situated Village-Bela-Bhela, Pargana, Tehsil and District-Raibareli, in the interest of justice." 3.
