The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "A. a writ, an order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to remove the encroachment from Gata No.35/1.088 hectare, recorded as Plantation Land in the revenue record, which is encroached by the respondent No.06 and his family members in the interest of justice." 3.
