The present petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that despite, a settlement as is recorded in the order dated 28.06.2024, the respondents are violating the same. 3. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the respondent no.3 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tahsil Jaisinghpur, District Sultanpur, who shall take action in accordance with law based upon the compromise entered into the same.
