Sri Pankaj Khare, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State on the basis of instructions has submitted that necessary correction in the revenue record for recording gata nos.429 ya, 237 ya and 370 ya as pond land is sub-judice in case no.T20504120507684 before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Barabanki. Once the proceedings for correction of revenue record are pending before the competent revenue court, we do not see any reason to entertain a P.I.L. regarding the same subject matter.
