Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, who was appearing on behalf of private respondent in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No.690 of 2025, informs that the respondent no.6 arrayed as party in the present writ petition has died on 01.07.2025. He further informs that in between the father of the petitioner and the respondent no.6, when he was alive, litigation was going on. 3. It is argued that the petitioner has given application which are similar to the application even in respect of a writ petition being Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No.690 of 2025 listed today, only the names have been changed and thus the petitioner appears to be a professional litigant and is not espousing the cause of public and is espousing his personal cause. 4.
