The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties no.2 to 4 to vacate the illegal occupation / encroachment from the public utility land gata no. 97- 0.0990 hectare, situated at village- Satijor, Post office-Bankashi, Tehsil- Nanpara, District Bahraich, which is recorded as flooded land or submerged land in the revenue record." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that in respect of one of the encroachers, the encroachment has already been removed and with regard to the other, proceedings are pending under Section 67 of the U.P.
