The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "a) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no.2 to 4 to remove illegal encroachment over the land Gata No.406/0.3460 Hectare & Gata No.247/0.2540 Hectare situated at Village- Surihamau, Sundhiyamau, Pargana & Tahsil- Ram Nagar, District-Barabanki from the opposite party no.6 to 7 and to take a coercive action against the opposite party No.6 to 7. The Land in question is a Public Way and vested in Gaon Sabha." 3.
