The counsel for the petitioner has pressed only the prayer no.2 which is as under : "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 02 and 3 decide the application moved and served the petitioner dated 17-6-2025 Under Section-460 U.P land Manual in compliance of the order dated 9-11-2023 passed by Tehsildar / Assistant Collector First Class Gaon Sabha Vs. Nawab Ali Under Section- 67 Uttar Pradesh land Revenue Code, 2006." 3. Considering the fact that the said application is pending, the respondent no.3 is directed to decide the said application expeditiously and in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months, unless there is any impediment by any competent court. 4.
