The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the respondent concerned to take appropriate steps against Respondent no.05 and No. 06 who are unauthorized and illegal occupants of the Gram Sabha land bearing Gata No.1297 Kha Area 1.75 Hectare of Village Thulwasa, Tehsil Sadar, District Rae Bareli, in the interest of justice." 3.
