On an objection being raised by learned counsel for the State that the family members of the petitioner have an interest in the adjoining area of disputed land thus, the maintainability of the present writ petition in the public interest is questionable. 2. The objections raised by learned counsel for the opposite parties has force and is not disputed by the petitioner in as much as the owners of the adjoining land or his own parents. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that he does not wish to press this writ petition. 4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
