The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) To issue a writ, order or in the nature of mandamus commanding to opposite parties No.1 to 4 to remove the encroachment from the Gata No.497/0.250 and 498/0.0130 hectare situated at Village Dilavalpur, Bhiti, Ambedkar Nagar." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based on the instructions, states that the property bearing Gata No.497 is a residential lease and no encroachment exists on Gata No.498. 4. Considering the said statement, no directions can be given as sought. The petitioner, if is still aggrieved, he may initiate appropriate proceedings under the U.P.
