Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The subject matter of the present PIL is a green tree standing on the roadside. On an ocular estimation of standing green tree, it is evident that it causes an obstruction in the smooth flow of vehicles on the road. The tractors carrying load and other vehicles running on the road face a difficulty of passage, as it has branched towards the road leading to an obstruction. Such administrative issues are bound to be looked into by the administrative authorities, keeping in view the public convenience. 3. Raising a dispute in public interest for such a trivial issue does not seem to be in the spirit of PIL serving a larger interest for which such a mechanism is left open under the judicial precedents. 4.
