Learned counsel has pointed out that during pendency of the present petition, respondent no.9 filed Writ-C No. 20069 of 2025 wherein on 20.06.2025, the respondents were directed to pass appropriate order on the representation made by respondent no.9 qua the enquiry report dated 28.09.2024 based on which, now an order dated 22.07.2025 has been passed whereby a decision to hold a fresh preliminary enquiry has been taken under the provisions of the Utt
