By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 30.09.2024 passed by opposite party no. 3 in Case No. 977 of 2023(Kayyum Ansari Vs State of U.P. under section 38(1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. It is not in dispute that the proceedings under section 38(1) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 were initiated by opposite party no. 6 to which the State was a party. 4. On calling the necessary reports from the revenue authorities, the proceedings have finally been decided by order dated 30.09.2024.
