This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking removal of the encroachment over the Gata Nos. 61 and 50, situated in Village-Ibrahimpur, Pargana and Tehsil-Soraon, District-Prayagraj. 2. Pursuant to the order dated 07.01.2025/20.01.2025, instructions were produced, inter alia, indicating that the temporary encroachment over Gata No. 61 has been removed and that Gata No. 50 was lying vacant. Based on the said submissions, vide order dated 17.03.2025, the Civil Judge (Senior Division) was directed to report for the same, wherein indications have been made based on the map for the area in question. 3.
