From the perusal of the petition, it appears that the respondent No. 5 was Pradhan of the village in the year 2016 to 2021 and the petitioner also is an ex-Pradhan. 3. The petition appears to be an outcome of the inter se political rivalry between the petitioner and respondent No. 5. 4. Besides the above, based on the complaint, twice inquiry has already been conducted by the respondents and nothing has been found against respondent No. 5. 5.
