This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner, who is a lawyer, questioning the colonizing/plotting of the land situated at Village-Aurangabad Gadana, Tehsil-Modi Nagar, District-Ghaziabad. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that except for raising dispute that without seeking permission from the Development Authority, colonizers are marking plots and selling them, no other plea has been raised, however, during course of submissions, allegations have been made that land belonging to Gram Sabha was being sold, however, from the record, such an allegation cannot be deciphered. 3.
