This petition has been filed alleging encroachment on a public way. However, a perusal of the petition indicates that initially in 2021, the petitioner has approached this Court, wherein he was required to approach the S.D.M. Thereafter, by order dated 14.02.2022 along with pictures, it was indicated that there were no encroachment. Whereafter now in the year 2025, a fresh representation dated 03.06.2025 has been sent by registered post on 14.06.2025 to the District Collector. 2. Except for a cursory representation, nothing has been placed on record to prima facie establish an encroachment as alleged in the petition. 3. For lack of any research and/or material placed on record, no case is made out in the petition. The same is, therefore, dismissed. O
