The indications made in the representations, essentially pertains to the personal cause of the petitioner, seeking to allege that the land in question was being used by him and now is being prevented by the Nagar Nigam. 3. For the said cause, which is personal in nature, filing of the Public Interest Litigation cannot be countenanced. Further claim that the Nagar Nigam has encroached over the land in question appears to be too far fetched to seek any interference by this Court. 4.
