This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioners inter-alia under the banner of one Shramik Sewa Samiti seeking to protect the land of Kabristan and action against the encroachers. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that stray representations purportedly on behalf of the Shramik Sewa Samiti have been made since the year 2008 seeking to make allegations with regard to the land in question, which indicated as Kabristan/Samadhi Sthal, which, in terms, is contradictory. 3. No material has been produced to establish the credentials of the said Shramik Sewa Samiti as to what are its bye-laws etc. and what cause the Shramik Sewa Samiti has got to do with the graveyard in question. 4.
