This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Authorities to repair and construct one-fourth part of the kharanja road in between Village- Sethwal, Rani Ki Sarai, Tehsil-Sadar, District Azamgarh within one month as RCC road. 2. Filing of the petition of present nature seeking directions from the High Court for the prupose of constructing one-fourth part of the road as RCC road by way of public interest litigation, cannot be countenanced. 3. The petitioner, if has any grievance/right, he has to approach the Authority under the provisions of the relevant Act and/or the Civil Court. 4.
