This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed seeking removal of encroachment over the road, which connects the road from Ganga Mandir, situated at Gata No. 366 at Gram Panchayat-Jirauli Hirasingh, Pargana-Akrabad, Tehsil-Koil, District-Aligarh. 2. Submissions have been made that the approach road to the temple has been encroached by respondent Nos. 6 and 7 and therefore, the respondents be directed to remove their encroachment. 3. A perusal of the petition indicates that already proceedings under Section 25 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 ('Revenue Code') have been instituted and the same are pending before the Tehsildar. 4.
