Submissions have been made that the licence in question has been granted for M.G. Road (Bag Farzana Mod Se Diwani Chauraha Tak), however, the shop has been opened on the Church Road which is contrary to the licence granted and therefore, the respondents be directed to shift the shop from the present place. 3.
