This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking a restraint against respondent nos. 4 & 5 from grazing pigs in the vicinity of village Ugrasenpur @ Bibipur, P.S. Phulpur, Tehsil - Handia, District - Prayagraj. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that except for filing a representation addressed to the District Magistrate, sending thereof also is not evidenced, nothing has been placed on record seeking to substantiate the allegations made in the petition. 3. On a query made, it has been indicated that in and around the house of the petitioner also, the problem persists. 4. In view thereof, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition in public interest and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
