This petition has been filed by the petitioner in the nature of public interest inter-alia seeking a direction to the respondents to operationlize the Cancer and Cardiology hospitals in Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Rajkiya Medical College, Kannauj. 2. Instructions have been produced on behalf of the State inter-alia indicating that presently OPD and day care chemo facilities are being made available at the Cancer hospital and biopsy/operation and other treatments are being accorded by the Doctors of other departments. Regarding the Heart hospital, indications have been made that 92% work is over and one Cath Lab is being established.
