Instructions have been produced by learned Standing Counsel, inter alia, indicating that from time to time, on receipt of complaints, inspection has been conducted and on finding illegal mining, action has been taken. Along with the instructions, inspection report along with order passed imposing penalty on respondent no. 5 has been produced along with receipt, whereby the amount of mineral concession charge as well as the penalty has been deposited. 3.
