This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the District Magistrate/Collector, Prayagraj to construct the interlocking/kharanja road for the public path by making demarcation on the spot within the stipulated time. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that except for producing the Khatauni and a very cursory representation, nothing has been placed on record to indicate the status claimed by the petitioner. Further, despite indicating the land in question as Chakmarg, Gram Sabha has not been impleaded as party. 3. The petition filed is wholly cursory and without impleading necessary party. 4. Consequently, the petition has no substance. The same is, therefore, dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
