A perusal of the record indicates that respondent no. 6/Ram Bahadur Gangwar has filed a suit before the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Rampur, wherein on 30.01.2025 an injunction has been issued against Nagar Palika Parishad pertaining to property situated at Nai Abadi, Milak Asdullapur, Tehsil - Milak, District - Rampur, which essentially appears to be the same land qua which the present petition has been filed. 3.
