This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to respondents no.2 to 5 to enquire into the case and pay the wages to respondents no. 8 to 34 and other workers also. 2. The prayer made in the petition and the nature of petition filed is strange wherein the persons, for whose benefit the petition purportedly has been filed, have been impleaded as respondents, though formal. The prayer essentially is against private institutions, being Vijay Nirman Company Limited and Toyo Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. Further documents have been submitted to indicate that petitioner has been authorised by few of the said respondents to conduct proceedings on their behalf. 4.
