It is said in paragraph No. 6 of the report that the appeal has been heard and dismissed vide order dated 25.07.2025. A copy of the order, deciding Appeal No. 3872 of 2024 (Computerized Case No. D202415060003872), Ganesh v. Tehsildar, Sadar is annexed to the report. The report of the Additional Collector aforesaid shall be retained on record and treated part thereof. 2. In view of the supervening development that the appeal has been decided and considering the relief, which is limited to a direction to decide the appeal, no further orders are required to be made in this petition.
