Submissions have been made that as no reservation has been provided for Scheduled Tribes in the advertisement in question, the petition has been filed seeking to question the validity of the said advertisement. 3. Filing of a public interest litigation for the said purpose questioning the validity of an advertisement for employment cannot be countenanced.
