Submissions have been made that against the encroachment, petitioner has made representation dated 05.04.2025, however, no action has been taken by the respondents. 3. Instructions have been produced inter alia indicating that the encroachment by way of temporary kiosk has been removed by the respondents and the pictures along with the report in this regard has been produced for perusal of the Court. 4. In view of the above fact situation, wherein the alleged encroachment has been removed by the respondents, no further action is required to be taken in the present petition and the same, therefore, stands disposed of.
