The present Public Interest Litigation and the connected Public Interest Litigation Nos. 1338 of 2025 and 1345 of 2025 are taken up together because of the developments that are now common to all the three cases. 2. In the personal affidavit, filed in the present matter by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Gabhana, District- Aligarh, it is averred in paragraph no. 7: "7. That, it is most respectfully submitted that in compliance of the orders dated 10.11.2023 passed by the Court of Tehsildar, Gabhana, and 10.06.2024 passed by the learned Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), Aligarh, the illegal encroachment made by respondent No. 6 over Gata No. 169, admeasuring 0.4040 hectare, situated at Village Talepur (Barauli), Tehsil Gabhana, District Aligarh, has been duly removed by the revenue authorities on 27.05.2025. The said eviction proceedings were carried
