This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction for removal of encroachment purportedly made by respondent Nos. 5 and 6 over the Plot No. 97 recorded as Kabristan situated in Village- Handia, Post and Tehsil - Handia, District- Prayagraj. 2. Submissions have been made that the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 have encroached over the land recorded as Kabristan and therefore, the respondents be directed to remove the said encroachment. 3. A perusal of the record indicates that apparently a suit filed by one Mohd. Jahir is pending since the year 2015 pertaining to the land in question and another PIL filed by one Mohd.
