In compliance with the order dated 30.05.2025, the Tehsildar, Tehsil-Ghosi, District Mau has filed his own affidavit, where in paragraph no. 7, it is averred: "7-That against the order of eviction, no appeal has been filed by the encroacher. The order of eviction has been executed on 14.07.2025 by the Revenue Team with the help of the Police Force. On the land of Pokhari, apart from the respondent no.6, Ganesh son of Sadafal, Ram Banchan son of Nata and Naresh son of Sadafal have encroached by constructing Pakki wall and Pashubada, which have been got removed and the land of Pokhari has been entrusted to Gram Pradhan. True copy of the Spot Memo dated 14.07.2025, photographs of the spot and the Supurdagi Nama dated 14.07.2025, are being filed herewith collectively and marked as ANNEXURE NO.PA.1 to this Personal Affidavit."
