Munir,J. A personal affidavit has been filed by the Collector, Sant Ravidas Nagar where it is stated that the encroachers' appeals have been dismissed vide order dated 08.07.2025. In paragraph no. 9 of the affidavit, it is averred that the encroachment has been removed on 13.07.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. In view of the categorical assertion that the encroachment has been removed, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is consigned to record. However, in case the said fact of removal of encroachment is claimed by the petitioner to be not true, it will be open to the petitioner to make an application in the decided matter seeking revival of this writ petition.
