On the basis of the written instructions received from the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bara, District Prayagraj the learned Standing Counsel states that encroachment in execution of the eviction order under Section 122B of the U.P.Z.A.&L.R. Act, has been removed. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact. The written instructions dated 16.07.2025 shall be retained on record. The Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bara, District Prayagraj will ensure that the land from which encroachment has been removed, is not reoccupied by the encroachers. This writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. Let this order be communicated to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bara, District Prayagraj through the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad by the Registrar (Compliance) within 24 hours.
