The Tehsildar, Tehsil Gola, District Gorakhpur, who has appeared in Court, has explained to this Court's satisfaction the conduct of the Revenue Officials including himself noticed earlier and recorded in our order dated 03.07.2025. He says that he took necessary steps to remove encroachment. Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that indeed the encroachments have been removed. The exemption application along with the personal affidavit of the Tehsildar are taken on record. For all that we have said, the exemption application is allowed. The personal presence of the Tehsildar, Tehsil Gola, District Gorakhpur is exempted. The petitioner, who is present in Court, also need not appear. Bearing in mind the fact that the offending encroachments have been removed, as stated by learned Counsel for the petitioner at the Bar, we do not think that any further orders are r
