In the Commissioner's report dated 14.07.2025, it is reported: "1. As per revenue map the concerned property situated in Gata no. 363/139, area 0.093 hectare, situated in Village Mahui Sugharpur, pargana Haveli Sadar, District Gorakhpur is a road. The said property is located in dense constructed resedential area and therefore their survey is practically not possible. 2. The concerned property Gata no. 363/139, area 0.093 hectare, situated in Village Mahui Sugharpur, pargana Haveli Sadar, District Gorakhpur. Disputed pr
