This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner by impleading 22 brick kilns and initially not impleading the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board as party and seeking their removal. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that the Pollution Control Board has already taken action against the said illegal brick kilns and it is indicated that further action is underway. 3. A perusal of the petition indicates that the petitioner has made very sketchy averments and the nature of relief which has been claimed, apparently is not available. 4. In that view of the matter, we do not find any reason to entertain the present PIL, the same is therefore, dismissed.
