The accused/applicant, incarcerated since 13.02.2022 seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 255/2022 of PS Shalimar Bagh for offences under Section 323/341/307/34 IPC & Section 25/27 Arms Act. Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that he fired at and caused a bullet injury to the leg of the victim. 2. Learned counsel for the accused/applicant submits that, since the victim has already been examined in trial, and keeping in mind the length of incarceration, the accused/applicant deserves to be released on bail. 3.
