This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 25.10.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the, ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 1702/2024, titled Zarrin Bano v. Municipal Corporation of Delhi & Anr., whereby the learned Tribunal allowed the O.A. filed by the respondent herein with the following directions:- “ 25. For the reasons stated above, both the issues are decided in favour of the applicant and against the respondents.
