Admittedly, it was served with summons on 20.03.2025 and when the matter was taken up by the learned Trial Court on 19.05.2025, noticing that the written statement had not been filed and no application had been moved seeking condonation of delay in filing written statement, its right to file written statement has been closed and the matter has been adjourned to consider whether in such a situation, a decree can be passed in favour of the plaintiff or not. 3.
