This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking quashing of complaint bearing CC No. 25321/2016 filed under section 200 Cr.P.C. under sections 420/467/468/471/34 IPC and subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2. The grandmother of Respondent no.2 was allotted a shop. The Respondent no.2 is now the owner of the said shop which he got from his father, as his grandmother died intestate.
