This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,seeking quashing ofFIR No. 0418/2024, dated 07.12.2024, registered at P.S Baba Haridas Nagar, New Delhi under Sections 75/351(2)/79/3(5) BNS (354A/506/509/34 IPC) and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2. The FIR reveals the commission of offence under Sections 75/351(2)/79/3(5) BNS. Parties are stated to be the neighbourers.
