Sajid @ Benam against Judgment dated 19.02.2020 vide which the Appellant has been convicted under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012(hereinafter referred to as “POCSO Act”)&Sections 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860(hereinafter referred to as “IPC”)and Order on Sentence dated 20.02.2020 sentencing him to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for 10 years with fine of Rs.5,000/- and Simple Imprisonment for 3 years with fine of Rs. 3,000/-, respectively.
