The present Criminal Appeal under Section 21 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 has been filed by the Appellant, challenging the Orders dated 24.02.2024, 26.02.2024 & 11.03.2024, passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the “Ld. Trial Court”), in RC 29 of 2023. 2. Vide Order dated 24.02.2024, the Ld. Trial Court had extended the period of detention of the Appellant and his co-accused under Section 43D(2) of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (hereinafter Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:HARIOM SINGH KIRMOLIYA CRL.A. 480/2024 Page 1 of 21 Signing Date:24.07.2025 19:39:52 referred to as UAPA) by 25 days, i.e. from 26.02.2024 to 22.03.2024.
