The present Petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 115 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as “CPC”] against the order dated 15.07.2025 passed by learned DJ, Saket Court, Delhi [hereinafter referred to as “Impugned Order”]. By the Impugned Order, an interim order has been passed by the learned Trial Court with certain directions. 2.
