Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 250/2019 of PS Aman Vihar for offence under Section 323/354 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with him. The petitioner as well as respondent no.2 are present in person, identified by their respective counsel and IO/SI Pradeep. Learned APP on behalf of the State and respondent no.2 accept notice. 2. I have spoken with both the parties in Hindi. It is submitted by them that there was a property dispute, which has now been settled between them.
