By way of the present petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No. 383/2023 dated 03.06.2023 for offence under Sections 328, 377 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 (POCSO) at Police Station Swaroop Nagar, Delhi. 2. It is the case of the prosecution that an information was received vide DD No. 51A on 03.06.2023 regarding sexual assault on a male child.
